Adjusting valves on Bseries?

Does anybody know where a how-to is on adjusting valves for a b16? Mine is ticking pretty good so I know the valves need adjusting..

I used to have the JDM CRX manual on my other computer but I lost it..

It's titled B18C adjustment, but the B16a is the same procedure.

I did mines in 2 hours. Remember to torque to 14 ft lbs locking nut

So I got the valves adjusted yesterday and took the plugs out and changed them..

It runs a lot better now, but on a cold start it sounds like it's camming or something now, but about after a minute it stops.
It's like it idles normal then chokes down real quick then idles back up..

It's never done this before but It runs fine when your on the gas and it idles fine when after a minute or so..
Also has a strong smell of gas during this minute, but it goes away..

I've always had an up and down Idle on cold start (probably because of S2 Mani) but nothing like this..

Anyways, I changed it with NGK V-Power plugs, (BKR6E-11)

Ideas? Should I worry about it?

Took me about an hour.. I've done it before, just not on a DOHC.
