GA ADR Vision Wheels

Looking for 1 Silver ADR VISION wheel for 1998 Civic Ex. I don't know the offset, I do know that it's of 4 lug nut variety and I have the other 3, 1 was torn apart by road hazard. If anyone knows where I can get one, I would appreciate it greatly. It had 205/40/17's on it. I'm pretty sure the car is still posted on this site. Thanks
