It seems quite obvious that hondata absolutly rules the aftermarket ecu racket, but for those of us with a limited amount of cash to throw around, is the AEM ecu any good. Ive read a few small reviews but can anyone give me some consumer input. Are there any downfalls to the system or do you need to know everything about ecu tuning before you get into it or is it relatively user friendly.

    Thanks

AEM is more expensive than hondata.

Depite the high price, (I haven't tried one yet) another local tuner shop i know has used AEM on a few cars and said that they were not as easy to use as advertised. They ended up spending a ton on dyno time for their hybrid.
