Aftermarket Steering Wheel Horn

Cars got a Momo Steering wheel, taken it off and theres a yellow/green wire which is connected to the horn section of the streering wheel, but doesent connect to anything else.. and then a red wire and a black wire coming out of the steering column..

Can anyone help me on how these are supposed to go...? 1995 Civic HB

i put a mugen(momo) steering wheel on my EG. took a little time. if you look around H-T or even here for my old posts you may find something on getting the horn working.
