airbag question

Hey just wondering how you can tell if there are really airbags in a car. I'm looking to buy a salvage title civic and my mom is freaking out saying that there may not be any airbags and that i'll die. If they were taken out would the light stay on? is there a way that someone could disconnect the light so it never came on? basically how can i tell if there are airbags in there or not, without deploying them?

take off the cover and look. Also a salvage only tittle means just that salvage parts ie some places won't allow that car back on the road

If the airbag isn't there the whole cover won't be there...they would have to take the whole piece out of the steering wheel.

NO they just caught a ring up here that made fake covers they looked the same minus the srs loggo
