all motor d16 for autocross?

im looking to build my d up a bit, i was going turbo but ny has so many complications with inspection it wont happen. as of right now my d16y7 sits with i/h/e. im looking to do the mini me swap, then add skunk2 stage 1 cam, underdrive pullies, and use an afc to lean the mixture out a bit. would this setup be goog for close to 130whp, and if so would i still get decent mpg. i know there are many variables that arnt accounted for but were talking ballpark, and as the title says i want it for autocross

my car runs very rich as it is, so a small lean out would help abit. but its always better to have more fuel to prevent detonation. idn i would have a tuner do it

Its better to say "I'll get it tuned" than leaned out a bit especially if you don't know where you sit. Do you have a wide band O2 with LC-1? If not then you don't know if its rich.

well i meant ill get it tuned, but you can smell when a car runs rich.

i/h/e and a cam puts in you in street mod or better....

which means, you'll get your ass handed to you by 20 seconds.
