hey guys i need some suggestions......

i gotta set of fucked up silver rims in my basement and i was thinking of painting them black.... now first offf whats the best paint that would stick to the surface...... second what kinda sand paper should i use to clean em....and third just any other suggestions or ideas that you guys have from experience. your help will be greatly appreciated.
thanx

clean all the road grease and brake dust off.
180 grit then prime
then sand with 300
at least two coats three would be better
really want a shine wet sand with 1200, but they are wheels so i don't see it as worth the time.

exactly.. minus the shine.. :D

duplicolor makes wheel paint in a spray can. it worked pretty good for me on a set of hx wheels. it comes in three colors, black, silver, and bronze. and you can pick it up at a local autozone or advance. good luck!

ur right and i even sell it at the parts store i work at.
