Hoax. Fact: NO news publication would use "pecker" to refer to male genitalia.
 
I think it's :bs: because no newspaper editor would allow the word "pecker" to appear. Writers also usually use commas where commas are necessary.


Still funny, because you know it COULD be true. haha

Might I add that "shagging" is frowned upon in the writer's world...Come on, I could have written that and made it appear real.
 
i think it's BS but still funny about wouldn't doubt that someone tried it...there are alot of stupid people in the world.
