It's like this all over the place. I used to volunteer at an inner city school, and it's just about as fucked up as it gets. 100% of the kids in the school are on welfare and were on the free lunch program all paid for by us. What really pissed me off is when these kids have iPhones and high end personal electronics. They then get picked up every day by mom and dad in a Malibu with $2500 wheels on it. The administrators of the district are trying to start another program where the kids get free lunches and dinners at school as well.
