Does anyone know if this is good for racing(doesnt mess with oil pressure)? They show iit installed on daily commuter vehicles but no weekend-race cars. Also, the "original" kit(BMK-11) they have the bypass filter mounted remotely; oil is tapped from where the oil pressure sensor is with a T-valve, and oil is filtered through the Bypass filter then goes back to the oil pan. They say only 10% flows through the bypass filter.
Well, on the Dual filter system(BMK-13) the Bypass filter is parallel with the regular filter, and the oil goes to the bypass filter first. wouldnt this be a bottle neck for the oil(more then 10% going through the bypass filter)?
The bypass filter is suppose to filter out smaller particles so im thinking its harder for the oil to flow through there.

Good concept- I would rather have the setup that replaces the filter in the stock location with the complete filtration system- that way you're always supplying the whole engine with the cleaner oil rather than just pumping it into the pan and hoping that your mix is cleaner than before.

so you think itll work fine and not effect oil pressure during racing?

Formby, a amsoil dealer should be able to get a kit for you(we have lots of them here in NC), and i think they sell them online in their online store.

    Here they are online: https://www.amsoil.com/storefront/SearchRes...x?CategoryID=77
