Annoying! Belts slipping!

Ok so this has been driving me crazy, I feel dumb asking about it. Belts keep slipping and can't get them to stop. Seems like it only happens when my cars sits for an extended period of time, especially in the sun. Tightened the belts, used the belt dressing spray. The belts are not old by any means, were new back in December. After inspecting the belts they seem to be in good condition. Any ideas of what could be causing this obnoxious sound?

Idk about the allignment, and there gatorback belts.

The shives on your pulleys may be worn out. No matter how tight you tighten your belt they WILL slip. Do not over tighten belts. This is bad for bearings, the next thing you will be replacing are alternators and A/C compressors. The pulleys on your alternator and/or A/C compressor are probably origional. They will have to be replaced, cannot be repaired.
