here's another mower, actually the same kind as before. It died and when you pull the starter chord there is no resistance. It's still connected btw...

any ideas?

the 3 little "arms" probably aren't engaging the "flywheel"
try tapping the recoil mechanism while pulling the line
or try pulling it faster

does it sound like its turning the motor over at all? or absolutely nothing?
if the arms are engaging try making sure the spark plug is in and there's not a hole in the piston
