LS swapped bubble got me 34+mpg and easily 31mpg mixed city/highway. And I was never very easy on it.

But it's a lot of work that may not be worth it.

My buddy's 97 Civic coupe DX gets 38-40mpg but he drives it easy and it's 5-speed. He calculates it all the time. Same pump and only goes to the first click shut off when it's filled. And he picked it up for $1500 :shrug2:

lol, i do the same shit
i used to squeeze 35 out of my 93 integra, mostly easy driving but i wasn't worried about laying into it if i had to

I get about 32-35mpg out of my Civic with the D15b in it. Peppy little motor. It sure is fun to drive.

Double post for updated car list.

98208 <-------- Zip code if you're really bored and want to help in the search.

Looking for 120k and under miles.

Our base RSX has only an injen CAI on it, otherwise stock, and right at 100k miles. She gets an honest 30mpg city driving it. But its a stick and she drives like a grandma.

Buick Century. Then, take the other $8600 and invest in a hobby.

The car obviously means nothing to her.
