another y8 mani thread

ok so ive been reading up and its said that the y8 manifold is the best flowing dseries manifold(this is like a type-r manifold on a b16)
so my question is..does anyone have any proven stats??
i have a y8 mani but would it be worth throwing it on my z6???

i know the top piece is alot fatter than my z6 mani..
any info is appreciated
