Any ideas on short

I've got a 97 civic sohc vtec I keep blowing fuse # 15 which controls alt, vss, eld, and secondary o2 sensor I put in a new fuse start the car and everything works great I take off a in about 3-5 min the fuse blows the check engine light comes on and the speedometer and the lights start fluxuating somebody already told me theres a wire connector under the intake that's shorting that ciruit out any ideas?

If not, there's a short somewhere and you need to find it.
