well i have a b16a that i want to put some boost to but i dont know what i should do to make sure it wont have a problem holding it. so if i wanted to run maybe 15 to 20psi what internals do you think i should upgrade???

Pistons, h-beam rods, sleeve the block and you should be fine...

I would build the head too if you're thinking about running up to 20 psi

There's really nothing in the head that would fail when pushing that much power. I mean, only thing really "exposed to 20psi" would be the valves; and people usually just swap them out for bigger ones or lighter ones(no real change in strength).

But, with head work, you'd gain some power. One thing to consider though is the head bolts; you don't want those stretching on you.
