any of you read either "Going faster: mastering the art of race driving" by carl lopez or "secrets of solo racing: expert techniques for autocrossing and time trials" by henry a watts?

i was looking on amazon and came across these books...look interesting...the first one is associated with the skip barber driving school so that one should be really informative...

what do you guys think!?

i have it
it is really a great book
it is definatly more geared twards roadcourse racers than anything else, but a lot of the stuff in there can be used to some extent on an autoX or even on the street


get the one from 2001, its the same book with updated information, its still the handbook for skip barber.

i ordered the autoX book but i couldn't find the updated going faster book....chapters.ca doesn't have it!! so i'll wait on it for a bit...

i hope it's good...!
