Any other insomniacs out there?

Truth be told, I had what I would consider a bad day yesterday and here I am sitting up right now.

I guess I'm not an insomniac since I already got some sleep tonight and I'll probably wind up going to sleep again but I was just having a difficult time falling back to sleep with a lot of things running through my head, so I figured I would put them out there.

I can't sleep when really stressed either. I hate it but it doesn't happen that often.

The only way I can sleep is with a few drinks in me, or the tv on.

Otherwise I won't sleep. At all.



But typically I sleep like a baby cuz I take a few swigs, and then turn on a movie. . 6 hours every night. .

Every now and then if I can't sleep - want to make sure I will sleep I will take two advil pm. They usually put me out within an hour or so.

you look up "sleep deprivation" in the dictionary and there is a picture of pissedoffsol there, smiling and giving you the middle finger...lol
