anybody here using H&R springs?

I'm just curious b/c I see them listed on kingmotorsports site but I havent heard anybody here mention them.

i think lsvtec or dohcvtecaccord had/has them and liked them.

they are a decent spring- sure.

Are they too stiff for stock dampers?
