Anyone ever try E30 wheels?

I like the wheels off of a later E30 like my 91 318. The lug pattern is a 4X100 but I don't know if the offset would be too much. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it before, or if I should just find a similar BBS rim. I know ethan has them, but he's too lazy to put just one on and tell me. Maybe if I bug him enough, he'll let me come do it for him. I don't think he's anywhere near me though.

It has already been done before; I've seen a couple of guys on HT with BMW wheels.

Not the style I was looking for, but Im sure the offset doesn't change much. im looking for the mesh ones. theres pics on the 4thish page of ethans build.
