Anyone from PA?

I was thinking about going to school at the art institue of pittsburgh

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how the price of living is,

I cannot live in the dorms because my girlfriend will be moving with me ( she is pregnant ) If possible can someone give me an example on a certain amount of bedrooms for so n so price..

Also how are the jobs? Do they pay well?

What are the good and bad area of pittsburg? All input would be appreaciated

I'm in State College, it's in central PA, about an hour and a half away from Pittsburgh. But I just moved here a couple of months ago, maybe you could ask some people on here http://pa-hondas.org/ Slammed90Lude is also from PA he might be able to tell you more.

My girlfriend goes there and I'm there like every weekend. Her roomate is from pittsburgh, I can ask if you want.

I'm actually from the eastern side of PA. It's fairly cheap, you can rent decent sized and nice houses and apartments for under 1k in some areas.

Jobs suck in the area I was though, mechanics were only making maybe $20/ hr, most people just commuted. I wasn't near philly or Pitts. so everyone was commuting to NYC instead. I knew people who would go to NYC just for a $15/ hr job.

Im not going to school right now, just working. Hopefully if all my credits transfer from WI I will be going here next year. My girlfriend is in grad school right now. Got any pics of your car? I might've seen you around.
