Been a little slow around here lately. Hopefully everyone is out enjoying the nice sun and weather.
    Don't forget the sunscreen.
Anyone doing any awesome stuff this summer?
I've been playing quite a bit of golf. Try and do one healthy or fun thing everyday to remind myself what I'm living this life for.

    I have two choices.

Work on the new house. Paint, clean, furniture, theater, etc.

Buy a new motorcycle and enjoy the summer.

interior house work can be completed during the winter when its cold outside and fewer daylight hours.
I'd vote enjoying the outdoors as much as possible while you can.

Shit, I wish. Trying to be responsible.

That would be ideal. But I need to do the stuff before furniture comes in. Just cleaning up the walls and such.

Not a ton of fun for me this summer. Hoping to take a vacation next spring break. I'm starting graduate school in July and got a couple more work trips coming up when that gets done and fall quarter starts...

Got a quick vaca planned this coming weekend with the wife for 4 days. 2 Days in Leavenworth, a bavarian village, and 2 days in Lake Chelan area, a beautiful mountain / wine country lake on the east side of the state. Going to be a good time. Going to get seriously white girl wasted probably on some wine.

My Wife's parents own a Time Share at the Marriott Surf Club in Aruba plus they also own Marriott Vacation Club points so they took the entire family to Aruba, 10 of us. 2nd time there with them

I just got back Tuesday morning from a weeks long stay. Good times....drank a shit ton with my brother in law, we went through 4 bottles of Vodka and 1 bottle of Malibu(Just him and I) plus drinks from the pool bar and restaurants we went to as well... ate crazy ass good food, and went out of my element and scored a J on the beach and lit it up for the first time in years. Smoked a nice Cuban Cigar which left almost zero after taste in my mouth. Spent most of the day in the Lazy River floating on a tube with a floating cooler.

Bought my wife a nice Michael Kors watch and a nice looking piece of Aluminum Jewelry Necklace she really liked.

I almost bought a 14k gold Byzantine bracelet to match the necklace I have that was my Dads but I wanted to shop around at the price and couldn't do so on the spot so I passed.

And also almost pulled the trigger on one of two different watches, A Mido Multifort and a Raymond Weil Freelancer but again...I wasn't able to research the prices better but it's very easy to negotiate down there. Usually takes 3 rounds.

Good times though....They want bring us all back in 2018, if possible so I am looking forward another good trip and scoring something nice for myself this time :)

Went to Niagara falls last weekend with the lady friend. Stayed in the penthouse of the tower hotel in Ontario overlooking the falls. Not sure how we scored that room and million dollar view..... The gf got it hooked up through a points program on her cc.
Spent a day in wine country in lake Ontario as well.

Ttiwwop, so here's the view from the room.

Just a follow up. Saw GNR last Thursday and if anyone is a fan I would recommend it. Fat Axl was the weak link but I would say he was still better than expected. Slash was killer though. All in all a great night. May take a road trip and see them again and I'm not really even a big concertgoer.
