anyone use Sketchup?

i just got sketchup 5 last night and was playing around with it. its an awesome program and i think its gonna come in handy for my architecture classes because i'll be able to make quick study models on there instead of making them with real materials.

oh yea its made by google, i thought that was prety cool

sketchUp is not made by google. its made by @last software. we have that on our designer G5's.

yea @last software, i just saw the "from Google" thing on the site. so what does google have to do with it. i saw it on the site so i assumed that they had a part in it.

just solidworks and autocad for me...and paint and ps lol.

sketchup is an adobe illustrator plugin.

ah. never heard of it because I have never used illustrator. I thought it was some sort of sketch/cad program, lol.
