Anyone w/ a sir I have problems w/ emissions?

Okay, it looks like I'm very very close to getting a '95 Si HB swapped with a sir I in it. The car is converted to obd1 so the sir I could be run. I live in the fuckass state of New Jersey and wanted to know if I would have trouble passing with this car.

Both your car and motor are obd1, so as long as the actual emissions is normal you will pass.

...even though the car is a USDM spec car, and it now has a JDM spec engine it'll pass?

If this helps at all, the motor is a sir I run with a sir II ecu.
