Someone in another thread said it looked as if the cam gears were off a little....
Here is a pic after I popped the valve cover off for the first time (NEVER touched):
Does it take a good bit of force to move the cam gears? We slipped the timing belt over the cam gears, which would be the only way they moved.

After looking at the pics and others I have on my hard drive, BOTH pics were taking BEFORE I changed the tming belt. If you look at the water pump, it's the OLD one installed. That means the OLD timing belt is what you see in the picture. Maybe it's just the angle the motor is sitting on the pallet.
