Are my injectors too small?

I calculated my injector sizing at rc's web page and this is what I got:

est crank hp = 230
number of inj = 4
BSFC = .5
duty cycle = .75
fuel pressure = 40

Using the formula it says I should use 420cc injectors. Now I am confused, as I checked around and people told me that 310cc's would be fine for my setup. What are your guys's thoughts?

B20 84.5 mm bore
12:1
CTR cams
Skunk2 intake manifold
Possibly a 55 or 75 shot of N2O

hmm...seen variances in both.


seen two very similar motors but one uses larger injectors for a NA application.


I would go with the 420's.....nothing over 440 should be needed
