ARP Rod Bolts? Any pics of install or tips?

Im gonna try to tackle these arp rod bolts in my ls block..

Are they pressed in?? the head of the bolt is oval..

Anyone have pics or a how to on this?


My friend said to use a c clamp to press them in and out, Im all set with that Id rather not install them than install them half ass and spin a bearing

i have them. i used a rubber hammer to tap them in. they went in without much trouble at all.
