is there any fabrication that needs done to the ARP rod bolts to fit the ITR rods, or do they just simply need to be pressed in?

no. pressing the bolts in distorts the bore and makes it out of round. you have to get the rods resized so they are round again. (it will be slightly out of spec, you wont be able to see the distortion with the naked eye) you must have the rods resized to fix it. the bore of the rod should be the same size when its finished as when you started.
