auto help in the midwest

    im going to school at columbia, missouri this fall. (GO TIGERS!!)
    and although my major is far from anything related to automotives, id really like to become better aqcuainted with our favorite form of transportation. anyone know of any non-degree or certification related classes or other options? id really appreciate any direction here.

    you can go to a technical school and take a mechanics class....and a welding class
