Auto Ls To Manual

i baught a 97 ls auto engine and i want to make it a manual,
he gave me a tranny form a 95 integra.

how hard is it to make it a manual engine?

sell the autio teg, and buy a 5 speed, I did it, it was much easier than a conversion.

are you asking how to swap over to a manual tranny on the engine (car is already manual)
or how to convert the car to manual?


if its for the engine.... just take off the auto tranny, remove the Tq converter... relplace it with the flywheel, then put the manual tranny on

if its for the car.... sell it and buy a 5 speed

theres a flex plate attached to the block that you need to take off and replace with a flywheel, not just the torque converter, thats it, putting it into the auto car is a different story
