Automatic/5spd Integra Ecu?

I need a 5spd 94-95 integra ls ecu, How can i be sure it is not from an automatic, is there a way to tell them apart?
 
I dont have the ecu yet, or even one to buy, but i just want to be sure i dont get one from an auto. I heard you might be able to tell from the last few digits of the number?
