Axles

My buddy has a b16 in his 90 crx si. He wants to buy new axles. He has 90 integra axles new but they had to be modified. It clicks while he turns. Not badly but it clicks. Does anyone know what it is? And also he wants to buy axles "for" his swap. What brand would you recommend? He is debating(sp) on raxles or hasport? Any other brands he should check out or any comments about either raxles or hasports? Thanks for your help in advance.

the clicking is the cv boots, the bearings have gone bad, possibly from a rip in the boot and the grease shooting out (thats what always seems to happen when we use the axles from japan)...as for the axles, it depends on what hes looking to do with the car, if hes planning on making 200 whp and lauching on 22 inch slicks then oboviously you'd go with something stronger, but with just a stock motor, id just do the trade for 45 bucks for rebuilt axles...
