I have an AEM adjustable cam gear laying around for my B18 block that I want to install on my D16Y8. Before I go tearing things apart, can anyone tell me if thats going to fit? I would think they would be basically the same, but if someone can tell me if they are or not for sure, that would be cool.

I believe the diameter is different.

    Go to the aem website.

D16Y7 cam gear is part number 23-804
B18B cam gear is part number 23-802

So I'd assume they are different. Might be different diameter or position of the woodruff key.
