how long has it sat?

its about 1 year old... its a t3/t4 turbo... it sat for a month before we first put it on, then ran it for a like 4 months on my teg with i didnt drive often, then put it on my b20-vtec, and sence i took it off that it has sat for another month..and theres on little dent on the bottom of the fmic.
