I thought that same thing, the badge on the hood also looks like a Chrysler badge at first.

Naw. New ones are ugly and too much money. last gen doesn't get enough mpg's and are expensive to maintain. E46s are all 100k miles or higher or $$$$ cyz they aren't.

Im still looking at c300s and e350s still not sure I want anything.

C300? That car is a slug and by the time you add options your at $57k. At that Price why not an Audi S4 Prestige? or a BMW 340i M Sport? At least you can get those in a 6spd manual.

My friend recently sent me a CL ad for a Blue E46 competition package in Connecticut. 66,000 miles. But...they wanted $26k for it. Gorgeous car though.

I don't know I am really just loving the car. I wish it was the M Sport but o well.

Im at 43+MPG on average now with my 54 mile a day commute. With the aftermarket Chip for additional power when I want it...I have the best of both worlds. Enough power to satisfy me when i want it and the MPG's are there want I need them as well. It really is a great car.

well damn, if it doesnt break the 40mpg average then its not worth dropping the money.
my daily commute is a hair over 100 miles per day (50 there, 50 back), 6 days per week. the forester does great being an awd vehicle i average about 28mpg with mixed driving, its all interstate but a shit load of stop and go traffic. been thinking about getting another old ass civic and doing some economy mods for a commuter.

yeah you'll have to be looking at 2014 328D Xdrive, that's when they came out. The 2011 335d is a much different car, a much more fun car but your not getting 40+ MPG in that thing. But with your commute 40MPG is easily attainable with the 328D. Look on Autotrader, you can find 2014's for around 27k with low miles

Ahh ok, still...C300 are slugs...you know about North Bay Imports rights?

yeah, i'm aware of that place.
i'm not looking for a race car. honestly, a slower car is probably what i need. I drive like a complete moron every day.

There's a c350 but not a lot of them around which gives more power, but kills mpg by a couple ticks in the process.

i dunno. i'm still not sold on anything.
    i want new stuff.
i don't want to pay for said new stuff.

This is my dilemma as well. I know my 330 won't last until 2017. But I want something new, I just don't want to pay for it either. I would like to hold out until the new Tesla Model 3. The other option I'm looking at is a m235i. But I really don't want to pay that much. There aren't a lot of cars under $20k that I would like to own.

I wouldn't mind something like this.

I got to test drive a M235i by myself. FANTASTIC car. Love the size, look, etc. Personally I just need a 228i with m-sport and I'd be fine.
