b16 check engine light

Hey guys I have a b16 head/computer in a 92 cx. It uses the original cx engine harness. My question is how can I check the engine codes because my car doesnt have a Scanner tool plug in. I dont know if the car came with one, or if it was removed and one was never wired back in. Or maybe I just cant find it. Anyway I want to check this code and eventually erase it. Can anyone help me out? What should I do?

on the passenger side ther is a blue plug with 2 wires jump it and count the check engine lights that flash
