B16 Ecu Redline Problems

    i have a 91 integra with a b16 in it. the ecu that they gave me was a pwo ecu. the tec dont realy pop that hard with it in. i think that it pops 80%. the pwo ecu pops in at 4700 rpms and redlines at 8000 rpms. now i got a pr3 ecu and the tec pops alot harder and kicks in at 4300 rpms but the only thing that worries me is the redline. it redlines at 7500 rpms which is funny to me, because im used to it redlinig at 8000 rpms which i think the pr3 is supose to do.

    A: is the pr3 ecu supose to redline at 7500 rpms?

    B: is the vtec supose to kick in at 4300 rpms?

    C:if its a problem what could it be and what should i do?
