What is the PR3 ecu from and I have another question, would a P28 from my sol work with a 89-91 B16a?
 
the pr3 is for obd0 b16s
the p28 will not work with an obd0 b16 unless you convert the engine to obd 1 via new distributor and i think new injectors.. i forget off the top of my head.. i'm sure someone will back me up
 
Also, he'd have to get a conversion harness to plug the OBD I three plug ECU into the OBD 0 two plug harness.
 
btw, there were OBD1 PR3s, too.
