b16 head need info

hey gays i just gat a b16 head but im tring 2 find out from what car it came of (delsol or civic si) and wat year it is . own the side of the head has pr3-3 can any one help

There should be a stamp with the year on it also..

on the front right above the exhaust ports, It will be a round stamp with a line through the middle of the numbers..
