B16 Head Rebuild

I need to rebuild my head the valve seals are leaking. I'm mechanically incline so I'm sure I can do it. I'm just not sure of everything in there that I should change. I'm not looking for a performance increase (this time) just to stop burning oil. Parts and Part numbers would be nice. Maybe a "how-to" that you know of.

Well your best bet would be to get a haynes or chilton manual. They are the best.

Get a helms manual...haynes and chilton are good but they are a bit general. I just got a helms and I am pretty impressed with how much more info it has then the other two.

helminc.com owns all other manuals. after i bought my first helm, i swore i'd never buy another chilton/haynes.
