at a meet the other day i saw a B16 head w/ TYPE R internals
im still trying to think why?
compression if your talking block
duration if your talking head
go to our reference section and look at the motor comparison...noob
Werd the Type R internals in the head will put more power down since the cams have more lift and duration than the stock cams.
B16 cams are the crappiest of all b series vtec cams.
