all right heres my ?, I got everything hooked up. No there were no grounds or shorts or a fried ecu, there were however some loose wires. So i fixed um and hooked up my pr3 ecu. now what im wondering is that when i go to start my car, the starter turns, but you know when it cold out or you almost drained your battery and your car kind of goes ddddd ddddd dddd ddddd and it sounds like it is flooded and wont start, Well thats what my engine sounds like, problem is however that there is no fuel in the cylinders, because my starter hasnt turned over the engine yet but it is so damn close, what should i look for as to possible causes?

so check the following

Air= make sure throttle body is opening, if the engine has been sitting for some time they can get stuck shut.

fuel= check injectors to make sure they are a pumpin away

spark= take out a plug, hold it near the valve cover or something, turn off the lights and make sure there is spark.

if ur car passes all these test then come back and ill see what i can do.
