B16 in 95 EG6 IAC Valve problem

My ca is idle hunting and throwing a code 14 (IAC Valve) I have replaced the part and it still does it a shop diagnosed it as an electrical problem but nothin beyond that. I believe that when I swapped the motor I might have moved the IAC pinout on the ECU when I shouldn't have. or I didn't do it when I should have. I want to get the voltage specs for the IAC valve and the wiring pin outs for a P28 computer (might be the same as a P30 IDK) THANKS

The IACV goes to the same pinout on both ECU's.
Check the reference section for pinout diagrams.
