is just the bare casting of all b16 heads and the ITR head the exact same? I know that the cams(obviously) are different, and the ITR head has a mild port job, but can I make myself an ITR head out of a sir-1 head? I'd really also be interested knowing the differences (if there are any) between the sir-1 and sir-2 head.

yep, only differences. if you pnp your b16 head, and install itr cams, and valvsprings, it will be the same as an itr head.

Yip. I have looked around and talked to people and seen quite a few B16A and ITR heads, and haven't yet found a coalation between the PR3-X and a certain head, other than the are on ITR and B16A blocks.

Yes, they are both PR-3 heads, as well as the CTR
