b16 - milling the head

I want to mill the head of a b16 when I get it, because i can problably get it done for free. I will need the CAD plans for the motor though.. anyone know where to get those? otherwise i know another guy who can port it out and do a valve job really cheap.. any ideas on this?



Also, does anyone use a APEXi VTEC AFC II ? I am wondering how effective they are. Thanks
 
dont' mill the head unless you have to due to slight warping, if you want higher compression get high comp pistons
