b16 obd0 to obd2

so i have a 99 civic si i got crank walk.... somehow so i got this b16a obd0 engine i was wonderin since i have all the obd2 parts what do i need to do to convert it over.... i also have an obd1 jumper harness chipped p30

So do you want to run OBD1 or OBD2? The easiest thing to do here would be to take all the accessories (intake manifold, header, distributor, etc.) off of the bad motor and use them on the older B16. That way, you won't have to rewire anything.

If you want to swap to OBD1 then you need a conversion harness.
