Does anyone know where i can get a b16 or b18 and not get rapped on the price?
 
What's your definition of "getting rapped"? I mean, if you want a quality used engine then you're going to need to pay some money for it. If you want to take your chances on something cheap, then hit up Craigslist or local forums.

What's your budget?
