i have an obd 0 pr3. my vtec i have no clue where that kicks in, but my rev limit is at about 7400 ish. i thought i was able to rev to 8200. i want my 1k rpm back. also if it is a manual and i do chip it, say the spoon/mugen program, and the vtec coms on at 4400, and there is no rev limit, if i go above 8200, is there still a fuel cut off because i dont wana have valve float/binding or broke valves and pistons. any suggestions
