well just replaced tps, no more code 7, no codes at all...idle surges 1100-800 rpm, revs to about 6500 rpm. I unplugged the iac while it was running to do the fix erratic idle thing and nothing happened, does that mean a bad iac?
 
where can i get one? went to my d15 and looks like the shop used that one cause its freakin gone...couldnt find one on ebay, honda has em for 99-00 si's but they're $180 and i'm sure they're the wrong one...fuck!
 
Instead of just buying a new IAC outright, try cleaning the one you've got. Pull it off, saturate the inside with Brake Cleaner, let dry, reattach. Most times, that will cure IAC probs.
 
if that doesnt work ive got one from a d15. ill give ya a good deal.
