B16 Shutting Off

okay, my b16a has been acting up again. Sometimes, when i am driving, the car starts bogging...and then, when i let off the gas and put it in neutral, the car shuts off...it doesnt happen all the time, so i am thinking its an electrical problem...any ideas on what it could be? not enough fuel or something? any help would be much appreciated...
